I think the biggest challenge facing small business owners today is one that's probably been a challenge for small business owners for a long time, which is time. Business owners try to do everything right. Sometimes they feel like they need to do everything and they don't have, a great resource to go and and find and ask for great or, specific help in very niche areas. I think that's one of the things that My Advisory Board is really solving today is providing small business owners with expertise and very specific fields.

Some of the best advice that I've ever been given was from my dad, you know, who really tried to instill in me and teach me to approach everything that you do in a way that regardless of the outcome, you don't regret the effort that you put in on the front side.

If I fail, I still know that I did everything that I can, on the front end and preparation.
